Avex Homes Reports Sales of 15 New Homes Through Grand Opening of Cypress Village at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel
Wesley Chapel, Fla. — Avex Homes reports it sold 15 new homes at Cypress Village at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel before the close of the new community’s grand opening last week.
Stephanie Hodson, vice president of marketing for Avex Homes, said Cypress Village at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel, 3.5 miles east of I-75 on State Road 54, will soon have all 15 new homes under construction and have already had the first resident move in.
“The response from home buyers has been very encouraging,” Hodson said.
Pent-up demand and more widespread confidence that the economy is improving are driving demand for new homes at CypressVillage at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel.
Avex Homes recently unveiled two new single family model homes priced from the $160s at CypressVillage.
Avex Homes’ new Braden model at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,697 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from $164,990. Options include a lanai, study, bonus room, extended garage and upgraded master bath suite. The Braden model home is available in three distinctive elevations.
The two-story Jesup II model offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,974 square feet of living space with a two-car garage and bonus room. The Jesup II features a study and media room.
