We’ve noticed quite a few of our residents breaking out that fall décor already! With all these events coming up this month we saw this as the perfect opportunity to help show off our amazing community to all the visitors by holding a PORCH DECORATING COMPETITION! Oktoberfest is coming up on October 18th! Grab some delicious German food and beer, and find a spot in the beer garden to hang out and listen to The Europa Band on stage with authentic German music- if you haven’t had a chance to look them up yet you can find them here: https://www.facebook.com/TheEuropaBand?fref=ts
We’ve got a bunch of fun stuff for the kids too, including carnival games, root beer garden, bounce houses, a HAY RIDE, and more! This is going to be another great opportunity to have some fun with the whole family, so make sure to check out the flyer and mark your calendars for this next big event!

September’s Movie under the stars was great! Thank you to everyone who joined us! Our set up has changed a little bit, as we will now be showing the movies in the pool area. This allows for the movie to still go on even if it’s raining- and there will be plenty of covered, dry space to hang out and watch from! You can find pictures from the September movie below along with the flyer for the October movie coming up!
