Fourth of July Festivities in Avalon Park Wesley Chapel

Include 5K, Bike Parade, Apple Pie Bake-Off and Fireworks

Celebrate Independence Day in style at the Downtown Avalon Park Wesley Chapel Fourth of July Festival on Thursday, July 4th! From 5-9 PM, enjoy an evening packed with family-friendly fun, including a wet/dry bounce park, a festive bike parade, live performances, and an apple pie bake-off.

Explore a variety of food trucks, vendors, and local businesses offering special deals and promotions throughout the evening. Plus, enjoy community performances and music that will keep the energy high.

Then, cap off the night with a breathtaking fireworks show over Avalon Park Wesley Chapel Lake at 9 PM—an unforgettable finale to an incredible day of celebration!

Apple Pie Bake Off

Think you have the recipe for the ultimate apple pie? Join the Apple Pie Bake-Off by entering your homemade creation and registering online before July 3rd.

The top three winners will be awarded cash prizes and announced during the 4th of July festival at 7:30 PM. Don’t miss your chance to claim sweet victory!

Bike Parade

Join us for the patriotic bike parade and show off your red, white, and blue spirit! Decorate your bikes, strollers, or wagons and be ready at the starting point by 5:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative designs and best group entries.

This community event is open to everyone, and there’s no cost to participate. However, registration is encouraged before July 3rd. Don’t miss out on this fun-filled celebration!

Porch Decorating Contest

Show off your patriotic pride by participating in the Fourth of July Porch Decorating Contest! Deck out your porch, balcony, or front yard in red, white, and blue to celebrate the spirit of Independence Day. Get creative with flags, lights, banners, and festive decor—anything that shows your love for the holiday!

Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and overall patriotic flair. Registration is free and encouraged by July 3rd. Let’s light up the community with patriotic spirit and make this Fourth of July one to remember!

🚌 Avalon Park residents, a complimentary shuttle will be available for transport from the Amenity Center on River Glen Blvd. to the Downtown.
