Application for Art Exhibition

 

APPLICATION FOR ART EXHIBITION

 

Please attach the following items:

1. A minimum of (five) 5 photos of your work and one (1) of yourself in the highest resolution
possible. These will be used for publicity purposes.

2. A short bio and/or an Artist Statement. (One page)

    Should your work be accepted for exhibition, a mutual schedule will be arranged and:

    1. You will need to have postcards printed up for mailing and distributing. PFAC will need
    approximately 50 postcards for this purpose. 100 is usually suggested for the artist to promote
    his/her event.

    2. Digital photos of all your work (including names, medium, & pricing) being exhibited will be
    required.

    3. Commission on all artwork sold during the exhibit will be 70% for the artist & 30% for PFAC.

    4. An evening reception and/or an afternoon “Tea” will be provided.
