Clubhouse Rental

If you would like to rent this clubhouse please email Beck Spaw at info@newrivercdd.com the completed New River CDD Clubhouse Rental Form.

  • Clubhouse Rentals are a $75.00 fee for the day for residents and $250.00 fee for the day for non-residents and a separate check for $100.00 deposit.

 

River Glen Clubhouse

Clubhouse Rental

If you would like to rent this clubhouse please email Neeraj Chander at Nchander@accessdifference.com the completed APW CDD Amenity Rental Form.

  • Clubhouse Rentals are a $100.00 fee for the day and a separate check for $250.00 deposit.

POOL FOB DISTRUBUTION “Standing time” will be on:

TUESDAY’s 11:00am to 1:00pm AT CDD (5060 River Glenn Blvd.)

SATURDAY’s 10:00am to 12:00 noon. At HOA (5429 Oxford Grey Rd.)

Owners please provide documentation stating the property address, such as Driver License OR the Warranty Deed of property. Renters will need to provide identification and LEASE of the APW property. A TOTAL of two (2) fobs per household . There are no fees attached for the two issued FOBS. Replacements carries a charge.
