Avalon Park Wesley Chapel, Avex Homes win top Tampa Bay Builders Association Awards of Excellence for Marketing
Tampa, Fla. — Avalon Park Wesley Chapel, the friendly home town Avalon Park Group is developing on S.R. 54 in Wesley Chapel, won three major awards during the recent Tampa Bay Builders Association Awards of Excellence for sales and marketing.
Avalon Park Wesley Chapel earned the top honors for Best Sales and Marketing in 2013 and Best Brochure for a community or builder. Avex Homes, which is partnering with Avalon Park Group at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel, was honored for best logo.
Stephanie Hodson, vice president of marketing at Avalon Park Group, said she was surprised and delighted by the awards.
“We work very hard to be the best because we believe in the community we are building in Wesley Chapel,” Hodson said. “Recognition from your peers is always the best reward,” she added.
Awards of Excellence are judged by the Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.
