Q: What is an Avalon Park Festival?
A: Avalon Park festivals bring the community together throughout the year with live music, local vendors, food, and family-friendly fun right in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park.

Q: What events are coming in 2026?
A: Absolutely Avalon | April 4th | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM A vibrant community celebration of local art, music, and culture right in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park.

4th of July | July 4th | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Avalon Park’s biggest patriotic party of the year featuring live music, food, and fireworks with the whole community.

Avalon Aglow | December 12th | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Avalon Park’s beloved holiday celebration lighting up Downtown with seasonal festivities, vendors, and community cheer.

Vendor Information

Q: How do vendors check in?
A: Check-in instructions, setup times, and booth locations will be sent via your vendor confirmation email prior to the event.

Q: Where can vendors park?
A: Free public parking is available throughout Downtown Avalon Park, including:

  • Behind commercial building.

  • Across the street at the church.

  • Street and surface lots near Downtown Avalon Park.
    A detailed parking and setup map will be provided closer to the event date.

Q: What are the setup and teardown guidelines?
A:

  • Vendors must arrive during their assigned setup window.

  • Booths must remain open for the full duration of the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and lighting.

  • Electricity is limited and must be pre-approved.

  • All spaces should be clean and festive, in keeping with the holiday theme.

Q: What activities and entertainment can attendees expect?
A: Festivals will include:

  • Live Entertainment

  • Fireworks // Laser Show Finale at 9:00 PM

Q: Is there a cost for admission?
A: No, Festivals are free and open to the public! Food, beverages, and select activities will be available for purchase.

Vendor Requirements

Q: What are vendors expected to provide?
A: Each vendor is responsible for supplying their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and décor. If you have electricity, please bring a 50+ ft cord.

Q: Are food and beverage vendors required to have permits?
A: Yes. All food and beverage vendors must comply with local health department regulations and have appropriate permits. Inspections may be conducted before the event begins.

Q: Can vendors use generators?
A: Generators may be permitted upon approval. Please indicate this need on your vendor application form.
