Wesley Chapel, FL, July 18, 2012 — The managers of Avalon Park West, a new master planned community in Wesley Chapel, FL, recently announced that they have signed a contract with Avex Homes, an Orlando-based homebuilder, to start construction of 2 models and 4 homes within the community. The agreement will allow Avex to construct up to 342 homes within the project’s first phase, Cypress Village.
?Eric Marks, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Avalon Park Group, feels that it is an opportune time to start construction within the community.

Construction of the first homes is scheduled to begin in early August 2012.
