New development to provide significant commercial and recreational opportunities for the Wesley Chapel area
|What:||Avalon Park West has been developed a the ultimate live, learn, work and play development in the Tampa area. The company will celebrate breaking ground on the downtown section of the community on October 11th, 4-6 p.m.
Avalon Park West, when completed, will have 4,800 residential units, 560,000 square feet of commercial space and 120,000 square feet of office space. Approximately 700 single-family homes are built or in the process of being built by Avex Homes, Beazer Homes and DR Horton. This groundbreaking kicks off the construction of the first 130,000 SF mixed-use building with 32,000 SF of commercial space and 81 apartments, town park and charter school. The openings are scheduled to coincide with the completion of the widening of State Road 54 in 2020.
