The founders of Avex Homes have been developing exceptional communities in Florida for over 15 years. Experience has taught us that successfully delivering our vision of a Florida lifestyle requires the proper blend of the right neighborhood with stunning architecture. In 2008, we set out to build a new community in Wesley Chapel, Florida that reflected these ideals. After much investigation, we found that most homes were built for cars, not for people. We were determined to do just the opposite.
